Alien Gear Tuck 2.0
So I just got my Alien Gear tuck 2.0 for my 9mm shield, now I put on an extra 30lbs this last year and my problem is that my extra chub is pushing on the back of the holster making it almost impossible to reholster my gun. Now if I loosen my belt it works muck better but them my pants sag and people might see my crack, lol. Now I'm not using a dedicated gun belt yet but I am using a thick leather belt. Any thoughts from you more experienced members on this? Thanks

You already nailed it... A real Gun Belt.
You could also try a lightly different location. If you're carrying at 3 o'clock (right at your hip), try 3:30-4 o'clock... just behind your hip bone.

That's where I find it to be the most comfortable, and I guess the draw is fine, it's just getting the darn thing back in. I just saw that the new 3.0 has a SS support in there I assume to prevent this issue.

Same problem here I had to go to suspenders as when I draw there is a chance my pants or going down. I have no butt so they go all the way to the floor. Like you if I tighten everything up the gun draws ok but my body pushes in on the soft back of the N82 Pro and I can't put the gun back in. I have a very good wide gun belt but that just squeezes the holster all the more. My fix is 1. suspenders with loose pants and belt. Not real loose. 2. or a hard back holster. 3. OWB holster doesn't conceal as well but works good. I am carrying a Shield in a injection-molded holster and still wearing suspenders. I wear a long t shirt tucked in, suspenders(Perry's) over that and then a Columbia shirt hanging out over the top. Works well and fits my personnel dress style here in Florida. Don

The question is, why do you need to REholster?

I just spoke with Alien Gear, Great Guys, they told me to send it in and they will send me a new 3.0 with the SS liner that prevents just the issue I'm having. Pretty cool and amazing customer service.

Why do you want to be standing with a gun in your hand when the LEOs show up. Unless you are from a very small town they don't know you from the guy laying on the street. Don

So you're worried about reholstering in the .05% percent that you will need to use your gun in self defense? And then you assume that you will prevail? Put the gun on the hood of your car or drivers seat. Or put it on the ground.
Reholstering is a non issue for most people. They don't go places where the gun has to be unholstered. They check the gun at the beginning of the day, holster it, and it stays there until the end of the day. No unnecessary administrative handling.
