Default I'm thinking I might start carrying my 242TI.

I considering putting my 242TI on as one of the three firearms on my license.

It's 7 shots of 38 special +P seems like a useful upgrade to my 5 shot J frames.

At 19 oz it's not too heavy, and I have a Mika holster for it that enables pocket carry in the cargo pants/shorts I often wear.

I wonder if it will hold up to a fair amount of practice to get competent with it. It's easier to shoot than the J frame airweights as it's a bit heavier and has a better grip.

Does anyone carry either a 242TI or 296TI (the 44 special version)? How do you carry it? Pocket, iwb, owb, or shoulder holster?

Here it is with Ahrends grips:

19 oz? I would have thought it was lighter.

Anyway, nice gun. I have a 442 that goes everywhere with me as a bug. Ankle holster. I have never cared for iwb or pocket carry.
