Ruger LCR 9 is about same weight and size as SW 442 but in 9mm caliber.

My EDC is a Ruger LC9s. I used to carry a CZ 75 compact, but its quite heavy, the Ruger is so light, sometimes I forget that I have it on.

I'll stick with my all-steel J-frame EDC, but I'm considering a Ruger LCP for backup or dress carry.
The key word is "considering".
