I have a MagGuts kit installed on one Shield 9mm mag. It has been flawless and allows the 7 round mag to become an 8 round mag without the added length.
The same kit can be used to increase the 8 round mag to 9.

Now I can carry 8+1 comfortably with the short magazine.

Thinking about ordering another one.

I thought about this, but I could buy several more mags with that same money rather than gaining one extra round.

Bozz10mm I also have had flawless results in the Shield 9 (both mag's)..but do not know if others have had problems feeding...Not sure I understand the technology well enough to trust my life with the 45 spring they will manufacturer...Just really do not know enough about them to feel 100% confident with the 45 mag....

Just looking for more real world (actual usage) comments......

I converted a couple of officer's model 1911 mags with Mag Guts.
They allow an extra round to magazines and worked just fine.
Results may vary.
