You could "try"...... Appendix IWB..........
but I'd stick with "Dirty Harry's" vertical shoulder holster myself.

I've found shoulder holsters to be miserable contraptions.
Uncomfortable, bulky and generally unpleasant.
Check with Milt Sparks for a strong side owb with about a 20 degree forward cant.
The alternative is a cross draw arrangement.
In any case, you'll need to dress around it. A sports jacket at a minimum.

Check with some of the members who are old time LAPD guys. Back in the day, the detectives often carried their 6 inch K38s concealed so they did not have to go buy another revolver, which was difficult on the pay they received at the time.

There are shoulder holsters and good shoulder holsters. Many will, at some time, remind you why they're frequently referred to as "bras". You might check with Ken Null. His stuff isn't cheap but does work.
Crossdraw is about the only other option. Unless a messenger bag fits your life style.

A good friend of mine used to carry in a belly band worn up on his chest. He'd position it so the gun was tucked in under his left arm and then wore western shirts with snaps over it for easy access. Its a variation on the "Superman" carry.
His EDC was a 6" Model 29.
It worked great for him and he said it was quite comfortable. I knew it was there, but had to look close to see if he was armed. But then, he was a big ol' barrel chested guy. So hiding that big .44 wasn't too difficult.

Is that a 6" barrel in your pants, or are you just happy to see me? LOL!
Sorry, couldn't resist.
The OP said for conceal carry, so on the hip will not work. Shoulder holster is about the only thing I can think of. Or go buy a nice 4" or smaller gun for conceal carry.

One of the guys I shoot with is a little tall. I saw him at the range with his 6" .357 in a hip holster. Only the last 2.5" or so of the holster stuck out underneath his jacket, and looked more like a knife sheath than anything else.

Best holsters I've found for carrying a 6" K frame are the old police leather ones with a swivel, but they're OWB. If someone could reverse design one of those for IWB it would probably work wonders.
Check out MTR Leather. I was able to get an IWB from them for a 4" K frame. It's a lot like a Crossbreed. I'm sure they would be able to set you up for your 6". Not the most comfortable carry but it works.
MTR Custom Leather

Try the vertical shoulder holster as suggested. My Dad carried a 6-inch Smith .38 throughout WWII in the Aleutians and SE Asia using a leather shoulder holster. I used the same revolver and holster as a boarding officer on a USCG icebreaker and high-endurance cutter in the late 60's and early 70's. Worked just fine. This holster has a built-in spring clip surrounding the cylinder for retention.

For many years, the LAPD-issued revolver was the 6" K38. That included plain-clothes detectives, who usually carried their issued 6" revolver in a Lewis Leather cross-draw. Still not a bad holster choice, if you can find one.

How about dress slacks, a dress shirt and tie to justify the briefcase your
6" revolver rides in?

I've tried strong side & cross draw with a 4" & didn't feel too concealed. Crossdraw concealed better but was a pain in the hip when sitting.
I've seriously considered a shoulder rig but the good ones can be pricey. I've seen some horizontal ones that aren't AS expensive but I don't think they would conceal very well & I'm not crazy about it sweeping backwards. I just can't imagine IWB for a 4" much less a 6"

Aloha,
While fishing in Alaska, I carried a 6" Model 657 in a S & W made shoulder holster.
The fishing guide never knew I was carrying until After (we got back to the boat) after seeing the 600 pound grizzly bear.
Personally, if you're going to carry a 6" revolver, I'd get a bigger caliber.
