Default Anyone having a Problem with Sneaky Pete Holster Website

So I just received a holster for a Sig P238 Micro Compact 380. Same size as the Bodyguard and Mustang. So the holster received is not even close to the dimensions and pictures advertised. OK, these things happen, but the problem comes when I try and contact the company to get it resolved. Apparently, they do not believe in any phone contact, only e-mail, with a FAQ page offering answers to possible scenarios. Some of their wording, borderlines questioning the integrity of their customers. OK whatever, so the issue is, their link to their customer service form keeps linking back to their FAQ page. So there is no way to make any contact with them other than postal mail, which means one is assuming a person will open it and read it So does anyone actually have a working e-mail address or phone number? The link has been dead for several days now with my patience now wearing thin. Thanks in advance!

Default possible help?

So, I took a chance and replied to the auto e-mail sent to me with shipping info. Looks like it was read, so now hoping for a resolution to my problem.

So yesterday, a real person did respond to my e-mail and was as helpful as could be. So on their site for each holster, there are inside dimensions. For the P238, there is an option for with or without the extended mag from Sig. add's 3/8" to the OAL. The given dimension was for a snug fit, so after measuring my P238, I assumed the one I would receive would still be a sig fit with adding say, 1/2. This new measurement was not given, but their site does state that all holsters are made to be a snug fit. So, the one I received was more than 1 1/2" larger in both directions. It does fit my S&W M&P 9 Shield very comfortably, but it would have looked like I would have an iPad mini hanging off my belt. So I did give this a lot of thought and made my choice with the information that was offered. So, after taking a closer look at the original holster offered, I determined it would be 1/2" too short and may not be able to properly close the lid, so they did have one 5 3/4 x 4 3/8 x 1 1/8. the original advertised holster was 5" X 4 1/8" X 1". The holster I received that fit my Shield was 6 3/4" X 5 3/8" X 1 1/4". All inside dimensions. Actual measurements of my P238 is 4" including the rear site, and adding 3/8 for the pinky extension. OAL is 5 1/2" with thickness at about 1". I guess well see......... This all transpired before noon local time for me. I was given a return number and was told I was responsible for shipping both directions. $13.00 with tracking. I was not pleased with that, and shared with her that when asked what I thought about my Sneaky Pete holster, this whole goat rope is what I'm going to remember. Item was mailed shortly after. Last night, at 9:30, I received an email offering a $6.00 discount if I would include this secret code with the package. About 8 hours too late. So I do not like the fact that it is impossible to make any contact with them unless you already placed an order and they initiate the e-mail to you first. So the holster I received did appear to be well made, but i'm not real sure I'll ever order from them again........

The new trend is not to answer the phones Many Company's don't even list their phone number and the ones that do take a lot of searching to find it. In general, if I can not find their phone number and can't get a response to a question in a reasonable time period I will not do business with them.

I'd return the holster with a strong but polite note requesting a full refund including freight! That's NOT the way to rub a Business IMHO!

That company is far from being customer friendly. I also prefer to find a phone number and take it from there!

A couple years back I was interested in getting two of their offerings. I sent the required E mail and did get a answer.

I asked about getting two holsters without that stupid tell-tail lettering on the holster. I asked if it could be left off. The rather terse reply was we do no customizing. and would not do it that way. Heck in my book that is not customizing but a little less work and therefore making a little bigger profit on the sale.

That was two holsters that they never sold!

So this is just an educated guess. I believe this is a small business with everything being made in advance somewhere, with no adjustments. It's interesting that the last e-mail I received was at 12:30 AM their time? Only the business owner would still be working on things at that time with this person being the only one I dealt with.

I recently put one "in the cart" after picking out the color I wanted.
Went to check-out and the original cost jumped a little over 10% for S&H, and then proceeded to add N Y taxes of I believe 8.3% (?)

The cost got so heavy it turned my "cart" over, and dumped my order. Thanks anyway.
