A little assistance, please?
I am looking very hard at applying for my New Hampshire non-resident CFP to compliment my Arizona and Utah permits, so I can gain the right to carry in Pennsylvania. Do I understand the permit application correctly, and that fingerprints are not required, just the $100 fee for the permit?

Reading http://www.nh.gov/safety/divisions/n...ts/dssp260.pdf .. looks like you fill out the form and send a check for 100 dollars and wait for the application to be processed ..
Nothing about fingerprints on the form !!

Very interesting, Thanks. I lost my Pen none resident rights (have NY, Utah, Florida) and I do go to NH at times.

Call them. NHSP has been pretty helpful when I have called. Don't ask about the fingerprints and other stuff specifically, just confirm exactly what is needed to apply. I have ME, CT, NH, FL, UT, and here of course. I do try to stay out of stupid places (NJ, MD, and almost always CA) just make my life less stupid.

I've had a NR NH P/R License since 1999. All it requires is that one page form and a check for $100. No pictures and no prints.
Also NH passed Constitutional Carry a short time back so you don't even need it unless you are carrying on an off-road vehicle (NH law still requires the license for that). Other than PA where you an walk in and walk out with their license in 20 minutes, it doesn't get any easier than NH.
