It reminds me of a hippy-dippy show trying to do a hit job on guns for noted pothead channel Viceland. It cheerfully extolled the virtues of "smart" guns, and followed this guy who modified his own.

This chucklehead desperately wanted a Fabrique Nationale P90, because it was

(ugh)

in his favorite video game. However, being a father, he was concerned about his children's safety. He said he didn't want one of his kids shooting themselves or him

(so why the hell don't you try buying a damn safe or a $12 lock or not leaving the damn thing lying around with the magazines and ammo out or maybe try teaching your children gun safety you worthless fat piece of)

so he decided to make his own "smart" gun.

Everything was going so well, until he got to the range with the documentary crew. It was there that he discovered that the recoil from the tiny 5mm cartidges was enough to trip the "smart" lock back on after every shot,

(ha ha)

requiring him to wave his hand at the mechanism to allow his special ring to deactivate it for the next shot.

In short, these people set out trying to crucify the gun industry for refusing to adopt "smart" gun technology.

They ended up proving why they're a miserable idea.

Good job, go weed!
