Does anyone CC appendix OWB?
Does anyone CC in the appendix position Outside the waistband? What guns/holster combo are you using that works for you?

I don't, but my dad did for 30+ years with his off-duty Colt snub - and it was a crossdraw to boot.

I carried appendix, IWB, for years until I developed hip & back problems. Now it's pocket carry w/a well worn Galco holster holding my 340PD.

Same problems as Old cop but I carried IWB at 4 o'clock but sciatica has done away with that option.

Yes I do with several Rhino holsters. They ride between your pants and belt, with a "paddle" that goes over your pants so it cannot fall down and a loop on the outside of the holster so it cant pull up.
I have them for 2" and 3" j's, a shield, Glock 19/23. They come in two ride heights, most of mine have the higher ride "SIS" option.
Depending on barrel length worn between 12:30 and 2 o'clock.
Code one concealment and Rhino holsters share a website

Yes, when I wear a vest (not this summer!) and not just to the BBQ. Leather by our very own 05CarbonDRZ.

Three inch model 37, OWB / IWB cross-draw at the 10 o'clock....opposite the appendix.
Can be drawn with either hand.

I use to carry that way occasionally, but my chest kind slipped down a ways and now my gun is pointed right square at my backbone if I try it today.
