Wink new S & W guns purchased

recently bought Model 66-8 (4and1/25" barrel and 642 enhanced action .

really like them both.....the 66 hard to carry concealed, but great for home protection and fun to shoot and extremely accurate

642 enhanced action has a sweet trigger, and I am shooting it pretty accurately...will be my carry gun-think I may have mentioned I put Hogue rubber grips in place of the wooden grips.

what do others like that they have bought recently?

I was able to get a no lock 340PD for my EDC but I have not sent any magnum rounds down range w/it and doubt I will. Thirty-eight +P will do everything I need plus allow accurate follow up shots should they be needed.

I bought a 64 no dash several years ago for one purpose only, to carry while boating. It conceals inside my life vest OK. It has the thin barrel to keep the weight lower. We had a local problem with Jet-skis attacking canoe and Kayakers, and they killed a water skier, the ODNR patrol boats have clamped down, so I'm back to J-Frame EDC while on the water.

My most recent purchase was the model 69 2.75". This is a great carry with .44 sp. Pretty accurate for a snub.
