Shot my 442 for the first time yesterday. No fun at all but I didn't expect it to be. Maybe this grip would help. I'm anxious to hear from someone whose tried it.

I've stuck with the Pachmayr Compac for eighteen years, pocket carried, which is my preferred mode. Never a problem, though the Compac iis significantly larger than this one. Still conceals fine.
This looks interesting, but I wonder if, in a pocket, snapping open the extension might cause it to snag on the draw.
