Agreed. Those fellas are nuts. Air duster has pretty much taken over, but the paint huffers are a special breed . . .

I thought about that but it was all over his face. I mean I don't think people spray paint on their forehead to huff it

Okay, great, glad y’all are good citizens that will watch, but not do. Not all of us are good at that.

Sad, isn't it. But that is what society has turned us into... a bunch of watchers who are supposed to run, cower and apologize rather than ever facedown evil. I'll admit it: I'm old and I miss the good old days and the heroes of yesteryear.
But it is a brave new world today as Smoke pointed out. Cowering and running... not getting involved no matter what... is the "commonsense" way of handling everything. Let the cops handle it is the word even when there are no cops around. But don't fret. I, too, "get" the practicality and safety of not getting involved... of doing nothing. Honestly, I do.
Fortunately for some folks, there are still some people out there who are too stupid not to get involved. They are too stupid not to realize the consequences. They are too stupid not to run away and hide. And we end up calling them heroes when they are successful and we call them fools when it doesn't work out so well or the law bites them hard in the behind.
Welcome to life in the year 2018.

Talking these real life situations through is a good learning experience for everyone involved.....kind of like 'keyboard Simulation Training"
Last month during Simulations one situation had a passenger jump out of a car at a traffic stop and run into a corn field.....the group talked it though.
Then they reran it..... this time the passenger jumped out with an AK 47.
Everyone stay safe out there!

They generally spray it in a zip lock or paper bag, then mash the bag against their face to inhale. After the first one, it gets a little messy . . .

I wish I got a picture. The guy looked like someone had taped off his forehead and the bridge of his nose and the edge of his face and spray painted everything inside the tape then took the tape off. It literally looked like he was wearing a mask. Then there were splotches on his cheeks but I don't remember my on his lips.
He was also very coherent. He spoke in complete sentences and everything he said fit together. He told me the he had spilled something in his car and was cleaning it up (at the end of a dead end road at 3AM ) and that I needed to slow my roll and leave him alone.
Maybe he didn't rob anyone but he wasn't high from huffing paint.

If you become a threat to my family or my self I will "face down evil" but no one is paying me to play neighborhood traffic police.
I'm not a cop. I don't have qualified immunity. I don't get Workman's Comp if I'm injured. Neither me nor my family gets survivor's benefits or a pension if I'm disabled or killed while "involving myself" I don't get legal assistance provided by a union.
Even if I'm completely exonerated I'm going to spend the rest of my life paying off the legal bills. There goes my retirement and my family's financial stability and standard of living.
And remember all this applies even if someone brings the trouble to me. I'm certainly not going looking for it.

Mods haven't seen it yet. Find the OP's post requesting a thread lock and hit "Report" . That should get it done

Like yesterday's Juicy Fruit gum, I think we've chewed all the flavor out of this one.
Spit it out!
