A Great Morning at the Range!
It was COLD at the range this morning about 8 o'clock. I didn't shoot very good, actually lousy. :-(
Shot my old Remington 1100, the Shield, the Ruger Mk II, the old Marlin model 80DL, and my friend's bolt action .308 rifle, can't remember the brand. I out shot him with his own rifle, but don't tell him I told you. :-)
The sun was beautiful but the North wind was cold. The outcome of the day was that it was great, fresh air, good friends, and having fun sending lead down range. I did notice my supply of paper plates and sticky red dots is low. I can fix that.
Have a blessed and Happy New Year!
Leon

You got there a little too early. Wait for the sun to get a run at warming things up a little!
I took two of my handguns to the range today to celebrate their “Silver anniversary” with me. I don’t shoot them more than about once a year. Didn’t shoot any impressive scores but had a great time, anyway. I used to always shoot on New Years Day with an old friend but he has moved away and we can no longer do that. I miss those days.
A blessed and Happy New Year to you, too!

I waited yesterday until the middle of the day when the sun had warmed things up. I shot my M1917 with the cut barrel, 3 1/2 in M27-2 and M17.
When it warms up today I'm going to go again.
Every day at the range is good, even the days when my psycho guns decide they don't want too shoot straight. Larry
