TLR-4G
had a good experience with Streamlight warranty. i overtightened the screw that holds the TLR-4G on the rail of a FNX-9 [my bedside gun] and the housing broke. sent into the company at no cost and had it back in three weeks. there was a bright red sticker on the unit that stated "hand tighten with a coin only". lesson learned. i'm very satisfied with their warranty and the 3 year old light/laser.

I own 2 Streamlight TLR weapon lights, and several more of their flashlights. No problems with any of them. Very well made, and a USA (PA) company. A high output TLR even works well as a night time coyote illuminator on my CZ .204 Ruger, complete with custom bandage tape mounting system.

I'm glad they took care of you, but I have to admit I laughed when you said they added a warning sticker to it.

am quite sure i'm not the first to reef too hard on that screw. i tried to tighten a screw on a Redfield scope mount about 60 years ago, using a tire iron as a screwdriver. it doesn't take much imigination to know how that turned out.
