Welcome to the Forum.

Who does not love Blue Bell?

You have me a bit confused here, your heading mentions the Model 627 with the 2 5/8" barrel, but your text talks about carrying the Model 327 which has never been offered in the 2 5/8" barrel length. When it comes to short barrels, the Model 327 has been available as a 2" or as a 2 1/2"

My grip preferences can be seen in the images above. As to holster, I purchased mine directly from Smith & Wesson, but I am not too sure which ones are still listed on the website. It does nto matter too much since they were manufactured by DeSantis and are available from their website just without the Smith & Wesson logo

Simply Rugged Sourdough Pancake is the holster you want. I've extensively carried my 4" M29 in one and love them. The pancake design helps them conceal nicely under a untucked shirt.
