80% of the time its a 649 with light 357mag loads.
20% of the time its a Glock 26
Looking hard for a glock 39 to add to the pile.

M&P 380 (7+1- have a +1 mag extension with +10% mag spring-not shown) most of the time or a M&P 9mm EZ.
Always with a spare mag.
On occasion a Taurus 856 UL 38.

I don't really rotate carry guns. But I do have several for different purposes.
Lightly modified Pre-70 Series Colt Commander .45acp. My primary carry gun.
S&W 642 .38 Special: For hot weather and when I just feel lazy.
Colt Mustang XSP .380: I carry this on my daily exercise walks. With its poly frame and stainless slide, its about as sweat proof as a gun can get.
But, sometimes I get a wild hair and might carry anything from a .25acp to a .45 Colt. Just depends on my needs and my mood at the time.

Now that summer is here, I've swapped out the 940 for the 342 PD with a Bianchi Nemesis pocket holster. The light weight is great for shorts.
125 grn Underwood +P bonded HP's and 1 speedloader.

My first EDC was a Mod. 37 in a custom paddle holster. It was replaced by a first generation Glock Mod. 19 in a Galco holster.
After a few years I decided to carry what I really liked and shot very well, a Colt Officers Model. It goes with me every day, in the brief case, a Galco inside the waist band holster or a Don Hume paddle holster with extra magazines.
The Glock was sold but, I still have and occasionally carry the Mod. 37.

15 yds 1 round every two seconds. I may not be a shooter but this P9 Kahr is. Less than 20ozs with 9 rounds of 9mm. The K9 when the weather allows for a bit larger package.

3913 but I would like to get either a m&p or a Beretta apx Centurian but I haven't been able to find a shop that has anything in stock. It reminds me of those pictures of Russia were they showed the grocery store with a few canned goods and a dozen loaves of bread

Anytime I leave the house I carry a .32 Seecamp in my right back pocket in a pocket holster that looks like a wallet.
I carry a Sig P365 in the console of my vehicle with extra mags and a holster and belt if I want to slip it on. I keep another handgun in the back in a safe, usually a 1911 in .45 or 10MM. Depending on where I'm going I have a large safe in the rear and keep a Sig Rattler SBR with a suppressor.
I qualify with all of them under LEOSA, save the Seecamp (which I carry on my concealed carry permit). It would be a bit much to do 25 yards with that one.
While I have carried for over forty years, I believe situational awareness and avoiding issues is just as important.

M&P Full Size 9mm carried in Kydex AIWB about 85% of the time. The 9mm Shield the other 15%. Extra hi-cap mag for each, and the push dagger always.

Regular carry is either Sig P6, Sig P229 in 357 sig or H&K P30 V3. Rarely FNP40. The FNP40, P229 and P30 will all fit the same custom made holster which was made for the P229.

SIG 365 when out and about.
442 in the pocket when I'm bumming around the homestead.
Honorable mention-
34-1 or a 60-15 when I'm hiking or outside working around the house.
380 Kel-Tec when none of the above will work!

I carry a Glock 43x with a Shield Arms S15 magazine in an Alien Gear Cloak Tuck 3.5 IWB holster. It's hard to beat. I also have a Taurus 85 in .38+p for pocket carry with s Desantis Nemisis sticky holster for when I'm not wearing a belt.

Just filtered through this thread without seeing a Kimber .... and here one pops up in the most recent post! I'm purely a revolver guy and about 90% S&W, but the K6s stainless is what I carry when I carry. Good trigger, good accuracy, fun to shoot.

LCP most of the time, 365 the rest of the time.
With the available choices these days, if you can't find a gun to suit ya, just haven't tried enough.

1) M&P 340 no-lock, in pocket (DeSantis Nemesis) (Speer GD .357 short barrel)
2) P365, IWB (Raven Vanguard) or in pocket (DeSantis Nemesis) (Speer GD +P)
3) G43, IWB (Raven Vanguard) (Speer GD +P)
4) G43X with S15 mags, OWB (pancake) (Speer GD +P)
5) G26, OWB (pancake) (Speer GD +P)
6) Model 60ND, OWB (pancake) (Underwood .38 special)
1) = 80%
2) = 8%
3) = 5%
4) = 4%
5) = 2%
6) = only 1 % but, I really like this little gun.
It’s almost always hot where I live so, I mostly stick with 1 & 2.
It took years of trial, substitution & range work to develop this list.
I really like to pocket carry but, won’t go lighter than .38 special.
I’m constantly searching for better/more efficient gear.
Example: Thinking about adding a Sig P365 SAS slide for slightly easier pocket carry with medium/long range precision as the trade off.
Another example: Thinking .357 & 9mm +P may be deafening if set off indoors. Wonder if my two J-frames with good old standard pressure .38 special lead hollow points should sideline most of this stuff. Don’t really need more than 5. Don’t really need farther than 21’.

J frame for years
Just an old goat stuck in my ways. J Frames since 1971 in S&W leather (made in Lillington, NC in those days).
Model 36, replaced by Model 60 for stainless feature, replaced 20 years ago by Model 637-2 for the Plus P feature.
Current times and situation (Covid, clowns in office in this State, rioters and thugs abound, tearing down of statues, etc. in Richmond).....if I ABSOLUTELY HAD TO GO ANYWHERE IN DOWNTOWN RICHMOND VIRGINIA......my EDC would be as shown in far right pic....I think it would be "open carry"...5 or 6 spare clips should suffice.

After years of ccw’ ing Glock 19s, I’ve recently acquired a Glock 32 and think I’ll start ccw’ing it for awhile as I already have a bunch of holsters that will fit it.

This is what I've been carrying lately, 15+1 rds, no spare mag.
These are some compacts I practice with and substitute sometimes.
Then there is this when I occasionally run/jog tucked in an IWB.

Glock 19X. Here it is matched up against a 2.75" K frame. 18 rounds vs 6. Doesn't seem fair, does it?

Some habits are hard to change after fifty years. So most days it's a Combat Commander with a couple of spare mags. If, for some reason, I need something smaller, it's a Kel-Tec P3AT that has proven to be totally reliable.
It may not be much, but it clips discreetly in the cellphone side pocket the comes on many retired fat old man short pants these days.

Big changes for me. I've been a revolver man for decades. Recently, with my wife's health issues requiring travel to/through big cities where they have had "issues" lately and with my own health issues (degenerative disk disease), I've put my beloved (and financially irreplaceable) revolvers in the safe. Now, I'm carrying a S&W SD9 and/or a Ruger EC9s.

While I still have these guns a recently purchased SA HELLCAT has become my go to EDC. Around 750 flawless rounds the gun is reliable, accurate, and offers good capacity. I have also been very impressed with my newish Shield PC .45 4" as it also performs without complaint.

-S&W 642 when pocket carry is necessary
-M&P 2.0 Compact 9 mostly
-M&P Shield 2.0 9 when attire won’t conceal the Compact well enough
-M&P 2.0 .45 full size sometimes just because
