J frames should come as pairs
I wear my 640 Pro Series in an OWB holster covered by a vest off duty or when working plain clothes. I wish I had purchased two. The vest would cover two just as well as one. I shoot with either hand. Why not one on the left and one on the right. From now on, every time I get another J frame, I am going to get two alike. I have two 627 Pros, but they might be a little too heavy to wear at the same time. I could even see four J frame Airweights. Left and right regular holsters with left and right cross draws just in front of them or L&R regular with L&R small of the back holsters. They call having another revolver a New York reload. I think I will call a pair of revolvers a Buscadero reload. 4 revolvers must be a John Bianchi reload. I always preferred things to be symmetrical any way. It looked good on Roy Roger's and Clayton Moore. Now I have to save up for another Model 325 Thunder Ranch.

J-frame pairs are certainly nice to have.
Carry six, and you could call it Blackbeard reloads.
FWIW, Jim Cirillo, noted member of the NYPD Stakeout Squad and survivor of multiple gunfights, has said he sometimes carried 4 guns while on the job.

How about a holster that holds two?
Lets you draw one or two
Great for in and out of a vehicle. It provides a cross draw for when the seat belt is on.

I always buy in pairs.
As Chuck Haggard says...”you can solve almost any problem with two snubs, OC and a clinch pick.”

I’ve been carrying a pair of J-Frames for a while now. Usually it’s Two 442’s some times it’s a 442 and a bobbed 37. This week it’s a 3” 36 AIWB and a 442 in my off hand pocket.

I'm pretty sure that wouldn't help with this problem...

If you take the time and work the math, the solution is exactly "two snubs, OC, and a clinch pick."
Everybody knows that. It's the Lagrangian of the Standard Model for "Guns with Sauce (GWS)." Where'd you study math??

This is just a sneaky way to get me to buy one of those discounted S&W 637's I've seen around, at least I did see them before the Covid.

I always thought that any problem could be solved with 20 rounds of 7.62x51.

That is called the "NY Reload" and it is made by Bell Charter Oak. They will make you one for everything from J-frames to Government Models.
I often think about one for a pair of Colt LW Commanders
The grips were made by ACE. ACE was once owned by Smith & Wesson (25 years ago).
For me those are the best fitting J-frame grips. There are a number of makers that have copied the design but these are originals from the mid 1990s

Years ago I used to carry a 642 on my left and a 442 on my right in a Galco shoulder rig.
To borrow from an old Savage ad..."Ten shots Quick"

There's an old saying: The fastest reload for a J frame is a 2nd J frame.

I don’t see why since it’s all very simple. Happiness comes in pairs, but a J in the hand is worth two in the bush.
