Want to find out that information?
From what I understand more often than not, if someone actually uses a weapon while having a permit, the newspapers end up printing info on every card holder!
Seriously, it is "public information" so in theory, it should be accessible via governmental websites. It'll depend on who the issuing authority was, state, county, other?

I've never seen a newspaper report of a CCDW defending themselves with a list of all the CCDW holders in the state, I have heard about it happening in other states but not KY. If I wanted to get really proactive I would call the KSP and ask if they have the information or can point me to someone that does.
