Default Concealed Carry holster question?

Is there a good CC holster that will accommodate a S&W 4" 686, or a 4" .22A?
I would prefer this as I plan to qualify with both. If not a good one for the .22A would be best. Thanks in advance.

I might be able to help with your Model 686 4", but I haven't done anything for the 22A. You are invited to my website.

An Ideas on these style http://www.holsterss.com/servlet/the...ry-vest/Detail. A sholder harness would be preferable as my work pants wont allow me to add the weight of a holstered firearm. I can carry at work though.
