2 LEOs from Georgis found a dead Bigfoot in the N Ga. Mountains. They also spottet and got pics of 3 live ones that were following them.

The BF is undergoing DNA testing. If it is found to be human, the death will be investigated by local law enforcement.

We had something like this in our area back in the 1930's. A bunch of hunters found these huge footprints in the snow, so they tracked down their "bigfoot". The newspapers at the time said that "bigfoot" shot at them. However when the truth came out, (my grandfather was present when they dragged the body out) these guys opened up and shot some guy wrapped head to toe in furs like a mummy. He literally looked like bigfoot. He is buried in Indian Lake cemetary, no one ever knew who he was.

After the hoax was confirmed, I was listening to Mike McConnell on the radio saturday. He made an EXCELLENT point. He said that if there really was a bigfoot, someone somwhere would have stepped in it's poop by now.
I never heard that point brought up before, but I thought it was very logical. Look at all the deer poop in the woods, or large dog poop in your yard. ...a 500 lb man/beast would put out a LOT of stinksmear!

Wonder if this guy knows the deceased.

I'm with you.
On the other hand ... humor me for a minute on this ... there are literally thousands of mountain lions in Oregon alone. I have been hiking and backpacking in the state extensively for the last 22 years and have NEVER found a skeleton or carcass of one. Haven't heard of anyone who has either.

Let's say for a minute there really is a Bigfoot, and this thing they found was one.

Ok, when they do DNA testing, what are they going to compare it to? What if Bigfoot DNA is really similar to human and/or possum DNA? I dunno, crazier things have happened...

It's kinda like the thread on black panthers last week. Wildlife commissions and state game agencys aren't going to admit that is what people saw, 'cause then they would have to admit they are in the area. Same with ol' Harry. If his DNA ain't Bigfoot DNA, then it ain't Bigfoot they found. End of story. Something just doesn't quite add up here to me.
