Honestly, yes. I floss every morning, brush my teeth and use mouthwash. At night I brush my teeth and use mouthwash. Yes, honestly, every day. I have used a water pic in the past and will start using it again at night before bed. Absolutely yes! I tried the not flossing approach and had periodontal surgery as a result. Believe me, you do NOT want that.

My brother has a sign in his dental office that says "You don't have to floss all of your teeth. Only the ones you want to keep"
I don't floss very often. My hygienist asks if I floss regularly, I answer "yes, every six months right before I come in here". |

Twice a day for me. Every morning and every night. My dentist told me a long time ago if you ever run low on money and you have to decide between buying food or dental floss...go with the floss!! People used to think that cavities were main reason that people lost their teeth but gum disease is the main culprit.

Yeah at least once a day. My teeth are very close together and food (esp. meat) gets wedged in between them easily. Sometimes it drives me nuts. I carry floss in my briefcase and keep some in my desk so I have it if I need it.

Yes I do! However I only have to floss 1/2 as many teeth as other people, because I didn't in the past.
