Reloaders Reference is another good source. It requires MS Access but it includes tons of manufacturers manuals as well as load data, an inventory system, and a bunch of calculators.

RR actually doesn't require access. It has the runtime included in the installation package for those without the full version. It has grown to about 30,000 Metallic loads + all the shotshell stuff.
