3 Ruger Speed Sixes were just Fugated on THR. Can't wait to see what he tries to flip them for....

Thank you guys for this thread. I was browsing all the main forums' classifieds and gunbroker looking for a particular S&W revolver and found what I was looking for, but it was for sale by Fugate Firearms. I thought the name sounded familiar so I came back and read this thread. I definitely will not be buying from them.

I've met and bought a gun from Jim Supica, and in my experince, he is a fine gentleman and dealer. It's a shame that his name has been used in the same thread as the two worst representatives of our hobby, John Fugate and cmannie. I know some prominent members are still doing business with them. I hope that thread serves as a warning.

Looks like the tactic is to attack someone with some stature and attempt to drag his name down to their own level.

I take it that it isn't viewable by "non-members."

Plus, Para got the colors right, easy on old eyes you know.
Another reason to stay at Mr. Para's abode.
I did see the post about some kinda 3-day inspection by Mr. F-gate. If my last name was F-gate, I'd legally change it after all this.
I'm very glad it isn't.

They finally locked the thread. If Cmannie got something less than he expected, it couldn't have happened to a "nicer" guy.

But knowing Jim's reputation and Cmannie's, I'll put my faith in Jim Supica every time Smiler

I had the "what to do if I kick the bucket discussion" again yesterday while eating out with my wife. I reiterated for her to trust Mr. Supica explicitly to dispose of my firearms. I have that much faith in his integrity and honesty. When it seemed iminent I talked to him directly and he put my mind at ease. The High Road thread turned into a dog pack attack. Shameful.

I had exactly the same discussion with my wife a while back. She keeps his card in the safe deposit box. I don't know what was said on THR since I'm not a member and don't care to be one, but if it was unkind toward Mr. Supica, I've no doubt it was a lie.

Too bad that thread was locked. I'd have liked to advise cmannie that he should just stick to schill bidding for the Fugates.

I wonder if he really spent 15K. If so, on what? Regards 18DAI.

Wouldn't surprise me if Cmannie turned out to be part of the Fugate clan . . . .

Fugate was chiming in on the side in that thread, basically saying, 'tsk, tsk, I hope this can be cleared up to everyone's satisfaction'.

That was my gun for sale, and I didn't sell it to them. I posted their slime ball email on the ad with a nice quote "NO SALES TO FAGGETIES" and my ad disappeared. I would rather go hungry than to sell to those jackholes.
