I just got my Fugate Firearms e-mail. My wife was checking our e-mails and brought it to my attention.

I guess he must have sent an e-mail to every member of this forum who has their e-mail address in their profile. My e-mail will stay in my profile but we will not open any more e-mails from Fugate.

Hey John if you are trolling tonight go eat shit and howl at the moon. I bet your guns are about as nice as you are Eeker

I just posted the following reply on the thread concerning the Fugate email over on the 1945-Present forum. Thought it was applicable to post it here as well...

Okie John
I 100% completely agree! In fact I made a thread asking about this exact thing in the Office forum. Apparently no one else cared as it got a grand total of zero replies.

Link to my PM request thread

I am sure one of his cheerleading buddies on this Forum are allowing him to view their computer. Roll Eyes
He elicits more responses than the lock vs no lock debate.

Hey guys:
I just changed my email to format that robot can't use. It will make it a little inconvenient for members, but will prevent an occurrence of this
Something to consider.
This sucker may very well sell his 'list'.

Folks,

You're looking at this in the wrong way. We all got e-mails from this jerk asking us to contact him. Why don't we give him what he wants? This forum has over 30,000 members. If 10 percent of us sent him an e-mail requesting that he stop bothering us (and you can put it any way you want), that would clog up his inbox pretty nicely. Probably take him a day or so to sort all of those out from the people that really wanted to contact him. And if we really wanted to be a PITA, we could do it every day for 10 days.

Anybody like to bet on how many more times he'd try this?

Buck

I got mine earlier this evening also. In the few years that I've been on this Forum, this is the only time that I have known that someone used our mail list to send unsolicited mail (I'm assuming that all my viagra advs, hot girl offers, replica watches, and cheap drugs weren't originated by you guys!)

There have been con artists associated with the collecting game ever since it began...this guy is apparently just the latest internet version. In additionto his unscrupulous efforts to circumvent Para's efforts to police his forum, I resent his abuse of the trust and brotherhood that we all exhibit by posting our email addresses here.

Reminds me of a radio commercial tongue-in-cheek a few years ago.
"Fugifino Fine Jewelers"
Jan, that's a beautiful new diamond ring where did Jim buy it for you? Fugifino!
"Fugifino", If it fell off the back of the truck, WE CAN sell it for less!
In Fugates' case MORE, MUCH MORE! Asshole!
