That Loc Box may be exactly what I'm look'n for. Thanx for the post.

Ultimately, it is the fate of every civilized man to know with(in) himself he can pretend bravery, and most likely, never have it truely called to test. Between a man and a (Cape) buffalo, there is no pretense.

that Mossberg unit is a lot like what i was thinking off, i saw some pretty good ones at Galls police supply too. i could swear that i saw one with a finger touch keypad like the GunVault units have. the wallsafes are cool but a bit much in the situation i am looking at.
thanks fellas,

Rich

This is what I have for my Benelli M2 - Santa Cruz Gun Locks

Despite the name, they're located in New Hampshire.

Here is an inexpensive model, key activated, but if you want to mess with a key:

Here seems to be a vehicle mount that looks to be adaptable to lower bed frame or wall use, more expensive, but according to litarature has an '8 second delay, electric lock':

Hope this helps.
