A couple of days ago a female sherrif's deputy was killed nearby. A burglar alarmn went off at 2:30 am in a local conveience store. The deputy and store owner went in got into a scuffle with the burglar who was hiding inside the store. He slipped away from them and got into a stolen truck he was using, the deputy tried to stop him, somehow he was able to run over her twice and kill her. She was a 15 yr veteran of the department.By the way he is white, she Black. He leads the law on a high speed chase wrecking the truck on edge of a bayou he jumped out, swam the bayou and finally got caught hiding under a house the next morning. Sadly the law didn't finish him off then and there!
Now for the interesting and sad part, a little background on this no good 41 year old POS just released from prison two months ago. Here is just some of his record. * In 1986 he shot and killed a man in a fit of "road rage" did 5 years for Negligent homicide. * June 1992 charged with attempted murder in Winnfield Louisiana details unavailable at this time. * Arrested in 1997 Valdosta GA for armed robbery fled parole and wound up back in Louisiana where * he was arrested for an unspecified crime and sent to pen. for 7 years. * 2005 on release in 2005 racked up four domestic abuse arrests in as many months. * Many other arrests such as DWI, drug use, kidnapping, car theft besides the one he used in the murder.
It just goes on and on.
What the hell was this scum doing out on the street? It is just unbelievable!!
I had to laugh at the quotes from his sister's interview "He was a good boy" "He worked hard and would give you the shirt off his back" "When our Momma and Daddy died he just didn't have anyone to come home to"
"his wife had left him with the kids"
So now he is back in jail where he'll be for who know how long at our expense then probably get out early to cause more havoc. too bad they didn't take care of him on the bayou side then feed the alligators with his sorry a$$

I don't see how the gender and skin color of the deputy are important.

May she rest in peace. May he rot in hell.

A sad story all to often repeated, I strongly feel that the judges and parole boards should be liably and criminally held responsible for releasing these killers back into society, for they are the ones that allowed this to happen.
Prayers for a fallen sister, 10-42.

The deputy was 53 and had an adult daughter

I mentioned their races because usually, around here anyway, the perpertrator of a crime is black and the victim or law enforcement involved white, is kind of unusual to see it reversed. The Deputy is a hero, a long time officer and receiving all the honors due her.

Don't y'all have canines down there? I'm thinkin' your feeding them way too much and too often. How'd they get him out from under the house? Did he waltz out on his own? Maybe a police alligator would work better (but only if kept hungry.)

The sad part is that they guy will probably be treated as a hero by the other inmates. After all, he took out one of the "enemy."

Whats worse than all of it is that Caje here will probably end up defending the worthless piece of crap.

God bless the deputy and her family.

There is an easy and effective way to stop these un-necessary paroles.
When a judge or parole board lets someone out, they must be confident that the parolee will not commit another heinous crime. To ensure this, a member of the judge or parole board's family should be randomly selected to have the same crimes committed against them (rape, murder, torture, etc) that a released prisoner commits on society.
Want to see a sudden drop in scum bag parolees? Try this!

Better yet, parole them to the Parole Board's homes.

My prayers and thoughts are with her and her family. As for him he is going to have to face a far worse fate then anything we can do to him, but I would like to see him get a head start on his encounter. Larry
