For some reason I am not getting emails from the forum when " Immediate Email Notification" is checked when posting to a topic.. I've checked my profile, everything seems in order..The forum is checked in Outlook as this is a "Safe Sender" the email address ( from the forum is in my address book.)
Does anyone have any suggestions?? I will mark this by turning Notifications "On" Thanks Sal S&W.."Just when I thought I was out.. they drag me back in" |

I think mine doesn't work because of the Yahoo mail address. So maybe it has something to do with your address? I know very little about this stuff so consider this more a free btt than any help.

Have you double checked the entry of your email address in your profile? One character off will cause it to go elsewhere.

I've double checked everything I know.. email is the same as the day I joined

Could having bellsouth as a carrier have anything to cause this problem?

Contact BellSouth and see if they have a "Spam Filter" in place which could be blocking your messages.

Mine doesn't work either, and I've got SBCGLOBAL as a provider. Methinks the forum software is at fault.
