I'd like to see S&W offer the
686 & 620 with 5" Bbl. length

For that matter why not a 620 2.5" or 3" Bbl.

I agree! I have one 686 with a 5" barrel and it is one of my favorite revolvers. I don't know why more 3 and 5" guns aren't offered.

actually they do have the 686 in 5 inch. I have 2 of them.

Budsgunshop #150181 A 7 shot 686 with a 5" tube and an unfluted cylinder for $599.00. Not a bad price for something a little on the rare side.
