HK mags can choke just like any other mag. Had a guy have double feeds jams on every stage and refused to believe his HK mags could be at fault.

To the op, good mags are cheap at this time.. stack them deep.

+1. HK makes great stuff but there's more to it than the mag. My M&P15 feeds from any mag I have, whether it be the one shipped with it, the BS one I bought during the ban, or the inexpensive ones I have gotten since. Like 1911s and AKs, there are alot of 'frankenstein' ARs out there. It may work great with the most expensive mag out there, but there is more to it than just the mag.

Like I said buy what you feel comfortable with. I feel comfortable with what is considered the best of the AR mags.
