I bought a police trade 4053TSW, Serial MSE86XX and I don't see the assembly numbers for the frame and slide. The SCSW mentions the numbers but a field strip has not revealed them. I have the 2nd edition SCSW. Do the assembly numbers exist?

On the frame, it is usually under the grip. On the slide, it can be found on the underside. If your slide was a replacement, it probably doesn't have a number.
