Here is my modified model 41 5 inch sport barrel in the works, I picked this up cheap, and since someone had already butchered up the front sight blade, I had no problems with my first test modification with a ventilated rib on the model 41. I did see someone doing this on the 5.5 inch heavy barrel, I also plan to do a similar mod to the 7 3/8 inch barrel.

Nicely done Jim. Love the look. I would like one with a Hi-Viz fiber optic sight added. PM sent with my custom order.
