Just bought a model 4046 police trade in. It has K.P.D.#077 etched on it. Anyone familiar with which police dept this might be or any information on it? Thanks,

If I'm not mistaken, the pistol is from Hawaii.
I got my 4046 from Nevada GFP and love it.
Good luck.

Mine is #015. They come from the Kauai Police department. I found the publication on line of the discussion and approval of the purchase contract for the replacement guns which I believe were Glocks.

I had #062, but sold it this past winter. It's up for sale again by the person who bought it from me here.

Mine was in unissued condition. What about the ones you two have?

Results of the 1998 Massachusetts gun laws:

It is important to keep in mind the ISP reports show that firearm related homicides decreased 56% from 1994 to 1998.

From 1998 to 2002, firearm related homicides increased 48%. During the same time, firearm related accidental deaths have increased 200%.

Will work for ammo.

Mine is in near perfect condition. But when I got it from Summit it had some spots along the slide that looked like rust. I went over those areas with Flitz and the gun looks brand new. Mechanically it has been 100%.

KPD062 that I had came from Mark at Summit, too. The best guy to deal with on the internet. I've lost count of how many guns I've bought from him now. Glocks, S&W's, and even an PD marked old Colt SP-1 Rifle, too. Everything's been in better shape than I expected.
