Okay Bunker, is that a threaded barrel and what type of suppressor are you using? I have a Gem-Tech for my Walther P22. They are fun.

No such luck Matt.No this is the standard model M&P9 sold here in Australia all pistols have to have a minimum 5" barrel to comply with our gun laws. (revolvers have to have a minimum 4")

Wow. I didn't know you could own a handgun in The Land Down Under. Good to know they haven't banned them completely.

Not yet anyway. But the question of Gun ownership is brought up by the government of the day when they need a red herring to take the heat off something else they made a mess of.

Hey, wasn't there talk of a 5" M&P series for the U.S. market? Bunker, I didn't see this post for quite awhile and I like the looks of your M&P there. I was also under the impression you boys "down under" couldn't own firearms. Glad to see that isn't the case. I wonder if S&W would sell a 5" barrel to an average citizen. I guess I'll be callin' to find out.
