I make it to VA Arms when I have the time. The first thing that usually happens when I come through the door is: "Hi how can I help you?"

I have yet to buy anything other than ammo and the occasional cleaning supply off of them, but they don't seem to really care.

Does anyone know their consignment policy?

When you say "they don't seem to really care", I assume that you mean they still always treat you well regardless of whether or not you buy anything. That has been my experience.

VA Arms charges a 15% fee on consignment pieces.

Sorry, I didn't mean that in a bad way at all. They were just as helpful if I was looking at a bag of patches, or looking at one of their AK-47s they have on the left hand wall as you walk in the door.
