Hi! I joined the S&W team and bought a .38 4", s/n S8429**. From what I gathered from the Standard Catalog, this item left the factory between 1945 and 1948. Can I use +P? Thanks.

Hey kutch47, Welcome aboard! Lots of good folks and good info here.

You'll get yes and no and everything in between in answer to your +P question. Personally, I wouldn't shoot "high pressure" loads in a gun of that vintage specifically designed for the .38 Special. Wink
