I thought it would be a good idea to chime in with a hello to you all from New York. I just purchased my first revolver, a Smith & Wesson model 637. Everything I've ever owned has been semi-auto so this is a bit of a change for me. I found this forum by word of mouth from my brother in law who frequents sigforum.com, and so far reading past threads at this place has been a great source of info about my new gun.
