Here's a list of FFLs in Arkansas that are on file with Buds. There are a couple listed in Texarkana and one in Ashdown.

If I am not mistaken, you can go on GunBroker or one of the other sites and type in your zip code. It will give you a list of the closest FFL's. I know B.E.S.T. is east of town and there are quite a few pawn shops that can do the transfers for you also. I think I used the one across from the Suzuki shop. Check on the price of the transfer and factor in how they treat you as a customer to decide if you want to use them or not. I pay $15 locally.
