I just picked this one up and was wondering if I can shoot ACPs out of it! All replies will be DEEPLY APPRECIATED!!!

No ACP's unfortunately, but you'll have fun shooting the 45 Colt, obviously.
For real fun, try some of the CorBon 335 Grain Plus P rounds, they are made for the M25-5 and are quite a potent round.

NO! The headspace is much greater with the .45 ACP with clips. Using .45 Auto Rims will not work also, for the same reason.

However, if you desire smaller cases that WILL work in the .45 Colt, just look at the .45 Cowboy Specials. They headspace exactly as the .45 Colt but have exactly the same case capacity as the .45 ACP AND .45 Auto Rim:

.45 Schofield rounds will work in your .45 Colt also the case capacity for the 45 Schofield is almost (1 CC more) the same as the 44 special.
