A friend of mine brought over one of the area "shopper" type newspapers last night to show me an estate auction scheduled for August 2-3 in Maryville, MO. Doubt if I'll be around, but it looks like there's several Smiths on the list: 27-2, 296, 35-1, 28-2 converted to .45 Colt, various J-frames, K-frames, 317 Airlite, etc. Some of the board members may be interested....

If you guys are from Kansas city I went through there 2 weeks ago on I-29 and 71,that is a huge city.

thanks for the heads up, there are a couple things of interest on that site. A nice S&W Model 65 and a couple real nice old rifles I would be interested in. Those 3 screw Rugers might be worth grabbing if the price does not go too high.
