Could not pass up this little raschal. My first 5-screw and my first half moon. I have a .32 H&R snubbie and have really started to like the caliber. My question is the barrel markings. The book seems to indicate .32 long CTG on one side and Smith & Weeson on the other. This one has both on one side and the other side is blank. Any thoughts? I just got a new camera so now I can pay back for all the pictures I've been enjoying on the forum. PEN

That's a classy 'lil sweetheart! I love the older style grips and half-moon front sight.

Thanks guys for the kind replys. JC, you're right - I could have walked away were it not for those grips and the front sight. Grips match with a S/N of 453XXX so between 1949 & 1953 I guess. Can't wait to get it to the range. PEN

Toyman - is yours in the same S/N range? Mine is actually 543XXX, I transposed the numbers before. PEN

Wow! That's a beautiful little revolver! Look at that blue! Blue when blue was truly blue in color and radiant! GORGEOUS!

I like blue alot, blue finishes, blue watches, blue boxes!
