Generally don't do many photos of nickeled guns with artificial light, but the weather here just isn't cooperating.

Nframe,
The adapter's original, but I switched the rubber insert (to preserve it) with one of Dave and Jerry's.
Their adapters, IMHO, are just great!

I actually prefer shooting (pics that is) indoors. With a bit of experimentation, it's much easier to manipulate artificial light.

This example was shot using a very simple set-up consisting of an ordinary 75 watt bulb which was diffused by some white tissue paper. (I also actually used some photo editing for color correction.)
