Yesterday, I placed an order with Mika Pocket Holsters. http://www.frontiernet.net/~akim/
Five minutes later Robert called me on the phone to discuss my order and asked about the order process through his website. On top of the great product he makes, he takes the time to follow-up on the order and guarantees his stuff without question.

Rob at Simply Rugged holsters is another great guy to deal with. http://www.simplyrugged.com/index.html
I had ordered a pancake for my 642 last year. I followed up with one for my mod.66. When the new one came in, I noticed that it had nice molding to it that the older one never had. Not complaining because the old one worked as intended. I e-mailed Rob and he got right back to me. Problem solved! These two guys are first class in their product workmanship and customer service. And I say that without being on either ones payroll to boot.

I have to say exactly the same. Great people to deal with and terrific products.

That's funny. I ordered a holster and sent payment 9 days ago and haven't heard a peep from him; either through email or the phone. We'll see what happens in a couple more days

I've got to throw the bone for Mika.

His products exemplify how you can get a very useable product for short change.

Over the years, my pocket cuff case, tactical mirror and, especially, his J-frame pocket holster have seen a lot of use and keep lasting.

There are more expensive items out there, but the difference is negligible for me.
