I chose not to list SA revolvers as they seemed a very rare occurrence in the CCW world and probably not a very good choice in my mind for a number of reasons. Don't want to start a debate on that...just answering your question.

I carry a single action revolver everyday. It is the only type of handgun that I am carrying always. I may be carrying a DA revolver or auto, but whatever it is, it is always backed up by a SA revolver. I do, however, think that for the purpose of the poll, lumping all revolvers together is fine.
Don't carry a gun because of what may happen today. Carry because once, just once, and at the least likely time imaginable, you may run into the worst monster you ever could imagine. Be their worst nightmare and resist them with all the stubbornness that our pioneer ancestors posessed. To do less is to be unamerican.

Many years ago when I lived in Oklahoma I saw more than a few SA revolvers that had been modified for CCW simply by removing the barrel. Obviously they were no legal by you would be surprised how handy they were in size. Given the anticipated range they were expected to be used at there was plenty of accuracy.

I carry a 637-2 stoked with Speer Gold-Dots. It's light, handy and accurate. Ron
