I have been looking for days for a concealment holster for a S&W M60 w/a 3" barrel. Closest I can come to my needs are the Smart Carry. But I was hoping to find an IWB that is crossdraw. I'd like the rake to pretty extreme, maybe even adjustable. Is there such a holster out there? Is it possible to carry the 60 in a crossdraw w/o the hammer cutting into the gut when sitting? Any info would be helpful.

Whatever you get, make sure it has a body shield and/or bob that hammer, otherwise expect to be irritated. Welcome to the forum.

Don't carry a gun because of what may happen today. Carry because once, just once, and at the least likely time imaginable, you may run into the worst monster you ever could imagine. Be their worst nightmare and resist them with all the stubbornness that our pioneer ancestors posessed. To do less is to be unamerican.

flop-shank,

Thanks for the welcome.

Figured that was the way of it. Smart Carry looks like the a good candidate but Galco and Kramer may have what I need. Still looking.

Perhaps this is nearer what you're looking for and may be further customized to angle during a build.

Cleavis,

Thats about it. Maybe a little more leather to protect the hammer from digging into the belly when sitting but otherwise spot on. Thank you for the link.

Srigs does excellent work, and made my pocket holster just the way I wanted it done.

Check out: www.andrewsleather.com

I have one of his IWB holsters and just ordered another. It will take about 3 months but is worth the wait. Sam Andrews makes to order. I visited him last winter while in Florida, very nice man and his products are reasonably priced and high quality.
