I went with the Ultrux for a 3" K-frame due to the fact that the cylinder rode above the belt line and I prefer higher riding rigs.

I haven't had the problem as shown above, but the difference may be that I wear mine at the 4-5 O'clock position and, more specifically, with the belt loops on either side of the belt loop on my 501's. This may prevent the shifting issue.

Hi to all. I bought one several years back for my model 19, 2 1/2 bbl. I thought the cylinder-above-the-belt was a good idea. In actual use, it rides too high when seated in a car and the lack of a body shield enabled the sights to tear the lining in my jacket. I used it once. Anyone interest? I'll sell mine as well.
