I recently purchased a Lee Loadmaster set up for 38/357. When I was assembling it, I noticed the action drop tube for the auto disk measure was bent. I emailed Lee and described my problem (without getting the actual part name and number right)and was quickly shipped a funnel adapter free of charge. After receiving the wrong part, admittedly my fault, I looked up the part number and proper name on their web site and let them know about the error. Once again they replied the part would be sent out free of charge and they made no mention of wanting the funnel adapter back. I now have my press up and running thanks to Lee's fantastic customer service. They've earned a loyal customer here.

On a Lee 4 hole turret I was doing some 223 and got a case stuck in the resizing die. (Forgot to lube!)I had to drive out the case with the internal/depriming pin and ended up breaking the primer punch off. Called Lee and they sent out the new part free of charge.

I too have had good service from Lee.

x3. I only had to call a few tiems in 10+ years of using their presses but they hooked me up FAST each time.

They don't advertise a no BS warranty they just do it. Only thing I've ever had to contact them for was for parts that I lost or screwed up myself and I've never been charged for anything.

I too have had good experiences with lee. I had to send back a 3 jaw chuck used for trimming brass and I received a replacement in a timely manner.

Add another happy & loyal customer. I have sent my Pro 1000 back twice in 11 years to be worked on (practically rebuilt). The only money I had to put out was the shipping from me to them.

I haven't had any trouble but almost all of my reloading equipment is Lee. I only have a Single stage "Lee Reloader" press and a "Lee Classic Cast Turret", but almost all accessories are Lee.
It is good to know if something goes wrong, Lee is good to deal with.

When I was shooting my rifles alot, I had a LEE press with a 3in x 6in plate on it so I could clamp it down to the bench and make my rounds right there. Lee makes good stuff, know guys that won't use anything but LEE. When you start reloading for three and four people, then you will move on to a Dillon. Have fun - John
