I had just about given up on seeing any bullets suitable for .38 S&W/.38 Colt New Police. Recent searching has turned up a couple of sources.

For .380/200 Gad Custom:
http://gadcustomcartridges.com/#cast
lists
Webley R.N. .360 200 Gr.
for $10 per hundred.
AND
Graff & Sons
http://www.grafs.com/product/199459
offers a .361 145 gr RN at $42.99 for 500
Item number: SO38145

Put the word out. Thanks.

I had a problem finding bullets for my .38S&W revolvers... just could not gind any.

Finally out of desperation I tried some .358 bullets for .38 SPL... expecting no accuracy at all... turned out they shot as well as factory .38 S&W loads.

You might give .358s a try.

My solution for bullets for the 38 S&W is to cast my 38 RN 158 gr. bullet and put it through a .361 die to lube. No sizing takes place as the sides of the bullet just kiss the inside of the sizing die. Actual bullet diameter of the finished product is .360.

These bullets have worked well in my 38 S&W revolvers and I have sold a bunch to satisfied customers. The link to my company is posted below.

The Western Bullet company has 2 bullets I use to load for the .38 S&W. The first is a 160gr .360" bullet made from a H&G 512 mold and the other is a .358" 200gr LRN made from a Lyman #358430 mold. They also have a 145gr .358" RN bullet made from a Lyman #35864 mold but I would rather use the 160gr bullet since it's a .360" bullet.

The 160gr bullet is the correct design for the .38 S&W with most of the bullet outside the case and a very deep grease groove. It shoots very well in my Enfield revolver.

The 200gr bullet will shoot well too but not as well as the 160gr bullet because of the diameter. I really don't mind the slightly larger groups since all I really wanted to do is replicate the 38/200 round from WWII.

Try any brand of swaged hollow-based wadcutter. They bump-up when fired and fill the bore a little better.

It's my understanding that S&W .38 S&W bores are .360 and COLT, .38 S&W's are .356-.358.

My Colt Police Positive falls right into the .356-.358" range and shoots great with regular .358 bullets - J.Solo

I have a Smith that shoots .357 bullets just fine and a Webley that doesn't. Maybe the Smith is just a tad tight and the Webley is right on factory spec.
