How many of you have dealt with Midway and for how long? I've used them for over 20 years and have never had a problem. How many companies give you a discount on your birthday?

I've used them for about 18 years with complete satisfaction. A lot of people complain about their shipping costs and things being out of stock frequently but I haven't noticed a huge problem. Their sales are pretty good if what you want is on sale and their customer service has been good for me. Shipping is always quick too.

I have been very satisfied with Midway USA for a long time. I enjoy the discount they give you for having a C&R on file with them.

I have used them for many years and there service is very good. I can beat their prices most of the time on powder and primers, and bullets at other sites. They do have good sales from time to time and then their prices are very competative. The only thing I really don't like is I live in the same state they are in. I have to pay sales tax on internet purchases and this eats into any savings I might get.

I once made a multi-item purchase from them and had one of the items missing. I hate when that happens as it usually means that I am going to have to prove, beg and plead for a company to make good. Midway apologized, advised they dont know how that happened and shipped the item to me no questions asked.

Their website works great, when something is out of stock it is noted on the site.

Really like all the reviews of items as well.

I recently placed my first order with them. No Problems. The shipping cost plus my items' cost was still cheaper than my local Gander Mt.

Like you, I have used Midway for over 20 years. I still buy from them and have never had a problem. I appreciate the fact that they give the NRA quite a bit of money.

They are by far one of the best online companies around. They will go out of their way to make you happy. I buy lots of items from them except ammo. Their ammo prices seem a bit higher than others.
djh1765: The $3 charge is only for orders less than $25.Natchez tacks on $3.99 to every order.

I understand it's only for orders under $25.00 but I still don't like it.

I've even talked to the President Larry Potterfield of Midway USA and expressed my dislike for the charge. He indicated that he understood many buyers don't buy from them if their orders are going to be less then $25.00 because of the charge but he feels it is necessary.

I suggested instead of the $3.00 charge set a minimum order figure. He indicated they might look into that.

My discount is sitting in my email inbox Wink I think this is the first year they've done the birthday thing.
Here is the email:

Dear woodsoup,

Thank you for being a MidwayUSA Customer. We noticed your birthday is just around the corner. Sorry we can't be there; however, we have a special gift for you.

We have entered special birthday prices for your account on the majority of our products. Anytime between now and 11:59 PM CT on your birthday you may place one order, and one order only, at these special prices.

To activate your special pricing, click on the following link:
https://www.midwayusa.com/eaccount.exe/applypromo?

Don't be in a hurry to place your one birthday order, browse and search our website and add anything you like to your shopping cart. We will hold the products in your shopping cart; however, every time you return to your shopping cart, you can add or remove items as you please. Buy as much as you think you deserve for your birthday, but don't get in too much trouble at home!

Remember at 11:59 PM CT on your birthday these special birthday prices expire so make sure you place your order before then.

Once again, thank you for being our Customer. We hope you have a very happy birthday.

Sincerely,
Stacey & Morgan

Woodsoup:

I appreciate you putting your e-mail on the board but what does that have to do with my statement.

It really has nothing to do with the $3.00 charge for purchases under $25.00 I don't think.

By the way !!! HAPPY BIRTHDAY !!!
