I load the H-110 equivalent, W-296, with the old Hornady 210 gr JHP (pre-XTP bullet) , Win or Rem brass, Win LP primer, with 21.0 gr 296 in my 6" Md 57-no dash. Chrono's at 1275 fps, very accurate and manageable, no problems at all with extraction.
So, I think the powder charge is fine, it's just a matter of the care that went into the loading that may be uncertain.

I'm glad your happy. My favorite load for 41mag is that one. 7grs of Unique with 210 Grain Truncated Cone is a great load.
