Any comments about using H110 vs H4227 for .454 casull and or 460 Mag and 240 to 300 gr bullets in each?

Thanks

I don't reload for the 454 Casull but I have used both 4227 and H110 in other Magnum applications. Both powders work well but the H110 will provide you with a little more velocity. If you already have 4227 on hand used it without a worry. You won't lose much in the way of velocity and accuracy won't suffer either.

With heavy bullets (above 350gr) 4227 will generate more pressure than H110 without an increase in velocity.

I would use H110 for this application over IMR4227. H4227 has been discontinued.
